UCSI SEMINAR: RNA-Seq Sample Preparation by Dr. Zhao Zhen Dong from Transgen Biotech, Beijing.
On 16th October 2023, Nanogene Solutions Sdn Bhd and the Faculty of Applied Science at UCSI University jointly organized a seminar on RNA-Seq Sample Preparation. The event witnessed the active participation of around 40 attendees. During the morning session, Dr. Zhao Zhen Dong provided a comprehensive demonstration of the RNA sample preparation process using Transgen's EasyPure® Fast Cell RNA Kit, specifically focusing on L6 myotubes cell lines. In the afternoon session, Dr. Zhao further enriched the seminar by delivering an insightful presentation on the exposure of RNA-Seq Samples.
